Vulpa is a Cylon Command Centurion commanding the Ravashol pulsar, a large energy-based weapon on the ice planet Arcta which becomes a lethal danger to the Fleet.

Detecting the rag-tag fugitive fleet, Vulpa tasks his pilots with the abduction of a Colonial Warrior from Galactica. Forcing the cadet to crash land on the surface of Arcta, these pilots manage to return with Cadet Cree, whom he interrogates.

As he suspects that Cree has provided misinformation during his interrogation, Vulpa subjects him to a brain probe, and has Cree thrown into a cold cell (The Gun on Ice Planet Zero, Part I).

During the assault on the pulsar and the Cylons' garrison, Vulpa enters the pulsar firing station and kills Leda. After this act, Vulpa is subsequently destroyed by Starbuck (TOS: "The Gun on Ice Planet Zero, Part II").
