This page is one of Battlestar Wiki's many projects.
This page serves to coordinate discussion on a particular aspect of this Wiki. The formal recommendations of a project may be treated as policies.

This noticeboard is a location to discuss and coordinate administrative tasks for the Battlestar Wiki.

It is our hope that this place can serve as a location for administrators to coordinate their efforts on the maintenance tasks of the Wiki (it's not ALL fun and games), as well as a spot for our contributors to be able to bring things to the attention of the admins if something needs to be done. Need a protected page edited? An article or picture deleted? Admins will watchlist this page so that your request won't get lost in the shuffle.

Senior chiefs are, in Wikipedia's terminology, bureaucrats who have the ability to make other users into chiefs. They also have the ability to check user and other advance functions not under the purview of the chiefs. Currently senior chiefs are:

Request For Article Deletion[edit]

Hello, I hope this is the correct page to ask for such things. I have done a lot of editing on the BSG: Deadlock articles and I have taken note that there was a duplicate article created (possibly my mistake) Please can I request that this (assault raptor) article be deleted? Improperly Archived Talk Pages[edit]

I'm seeing a lot of archived pages in the Talk namespace with "/Archive 1" appended to their names, where the corresponding unprefixed Talk page does not exist. It looks like someone mass-archived talk pages and neglected to create new talk pages or an archive index. I suggest that we move these pages back to their unprefixed titles, with a bot or mass edit tool if possible. --April Arcus (talk) 19:59, 12 April 2020 (PDT)

This was caused by the initial deployment of the StructuredDiscussions extension. It should've provided a link the "archive" from the main "talk" page, but it didn't deploy that. I'm seeing about a means to rectify that. -- Joe Beaudoin ^{So say we all - Donate} 14:17, 13 April 2020 (PDT)

-Somewhere in the last few days (probably related to the recent upgrade), the user options bar (Catrope / my talk / ... / log out ) started overlapping the pages tabs bar (article / discussion / ... / purge).
